We had been left hanging after a cancelation by another booking group and after a late night inquiry on our part Owner Direct personnel contacted owners of two different units and had an excellent option for us by the next morning. They had to inquire and find us adequate special situation short notice booking at Big White. Very impressed. Saved the day for our planned weekend!

Owner Direct has places that the other services don't, it's based in Canada and they answer enquiries personally! Know that the payment process is direct with the owner (it's in the name) so requires an extra step that the others don't have. My experiences have always been positive!

Our family booked a trip to Big White ski resort through Owner Direct last October (2020) for March break 2021. Due to COVID Shutdowns and non essential travel we were unable to make the trip to BC. Owner Direct ( Joyce) was great to deal with throughout the refund process and proactively contacted us to discuss the refund options. This is a very professional and ethical company and we are looking forward to booking another a trip in March 2022 through Owner Direct.

OwnerDirect is my go-to rental service whenever I travel. They have a lot of awesome properties that are just right for a budget traveler like me. I also get to cook my own meals and do my own laundry. Really big savings for me! The owners are also accommodating. I feel at home away from home. I love that I can directly contact owners even before booking. This way I'm able to really assess if the property suits my needs. I highly recommend it to my friends and family who are planning to travel here and abroad.

First time using owner direct and have not been disappointed. Krista responded to my message promptly and guided me through the process which was relatively easy.
